Voice Campaigns lets an account owner send a recorded or typed voice message to people who agreed to be called, from a phone number the account owns, and answer their call-backs.
Every campaign follows the calling rules: consent, calling hours, blocked numbers and the applicable law. Confirming a send confirms that the people on the list agreed to be called.
